We are the Section on Development and Affective Neuroscience SDAN) and our research is dedicated in understanding why some young people feel, behave and think differently to others their age. You can find out more about us here: SDAN

What is this study about?

The purpose of this study is to better understand mood and anxiety disorders and to see if your child is eligible for other NIMH research studies.

What kind of commitment is involved?

For this part of the study, you do not need to come to NIH. You will complete questionnaires either by paper-or-pencil or on a computer using computerized questionnaires through the Clinical Trial Survey System (CTSS) online database. Answering all questions should not take no longer than twenty minutes.
